ULAH: A LIFESTYLE CONCEPT


LOCALLY OWNED, NATIONALLY KNOWN:

The ULAH story started 8 years ago with me, my partner Joey, and a dream. We started off with our men’s lifestyle retail concept, and then I decided to put his BFA in Interior Design and MA in Design Management to use, rounding out ULAH’s lifestyle offering with ULAH Interiors + Design, and eventually adding a women’s offering we call LUNA by ULAH.

ULAH is now a nationally recognized boutique that offers a thoughtfully curated collection of ready-to-wear men's, accessories, gifts and essentials, home accents, and interior design services. ULAH’s lineup includes a private label line of fragrance products that I designed.

As co-owner and Creative Director of all three businesses, I program, direct, and lead design on branding, private label product design, print and digital marketing, billboards, website design, and in-store signage, as well as co-designed the store and it’s in-store experience.

  • SECOND CHANGE STAGE by Magnolia Channel, streaming on Max: Buck & Joey were hired as contestant stylists and are featured in the two finale episodes.

  • QUEER EYE, streaming on Netflix: ULAH was featured in three episodes across two seasons of the filming in Kansas City.

  • BEST MEN’S STORE, KC - We’ve been voted best men’s retail store by local Kansas City magazines almost every year since we’ve opened.
